Greetings, Chile-Heads.  If you can find this product in your grocery
stores, it is excellent.

Mrs. Renfro's Gourmet Black Bean Salsa (Renfro Products, Ft. Worth, TX)

It is a tad on the mild side, but that is easily remedied.  The black beans
give it a thicker than usual salsa consistency.

Recently I added some of this salsa to an Italian-style "fritatta" (eggs
scrambled in a saute pan with olive oil and sauteed onion, garlic, pepper,
seasonings, etc, topped with grated cheese).  It was a delicious addition
to the fritatta, which is quick and easy to prepare.
