Subject: [CH] Greek-style Frittata

Rob mentioned his Italian frittata, I thought I'd share my Greek frittata,
which has the additions of feta cheese, ripe olives, tomatoes, and the piece
de resistance: pickled jalapenos to taste. The pickled jalapenos give it a
great flavor. It's nice for a quick meal. Oh, a little hot sauce makes a nice
topping as well.
