Well, here's where not posting recipes unless you've made them comes to play. Who is it that I need to say "You told me so" to? Green tried the Cream of Jalapeno soup recipe as it was posted and said that the cream proportion seemed way too high compared to the other ingredients. I totally agree with her, I had converted the cups to pints wrong in my head and was thinking that the total amount of cream called for was one quart instead of two. A half gallon of cream does seem way too much---even for me, a creamaholic. "Hello, my name is Deb and ..."
