Hi everyone:

I just returned from a rip-roaring vacation in New
Mexico, and I brought back 50 pounds of roasted chiles
that are now sleeping in my freezer. Can anyone help
me out with some great recipes to use them up?  I'm
already tired of Chile Rellenos ! ! !  Please send me
some new suggestions, including salsas!
