Old Hickory Smoke Salt is made by Spice Islands.
Chipotle in Adobo can be obtained in the Mexican Food section around
here- it's a canned version of smoked peppers in a chile sauce, and the
smoked pods (whole) can be mashed easily into the chile sauce paste.
