Directions a little clarification from a first timer going to Chips house I counted 4 lights after I saw the town line W. Broadway sign is not visable south bound, You can see the E. Broadway sign. For country folk, I guess a block is where the numbers change by the hundred. Haven't been in a "City" area in 40 years. Byron
