This is what nutritionists call the "food pyramid," used for years by
grocers.  It can be considered a high-protein diet, but there are some
concerns about elevated levels of sodium.

Ob chile:  I posted some of the pictures from the Glouster chile festival. 
The rest of the shots are still on the second roll of film, in the camera.
