Not on the wet coast, at any rate! We have not had any frost as yet, here on Vancouver Island, and hopefully,not for awhile, either. Scott, I really like that recipe, particularly the last line, about substitutions being encouraged...like as in a rack of pork, rather?? Sorry, but I disliked that lamb chilli to such an extent, that I dumped it, thinking as I did, about the starving artists, sitting alone in their garrets, not even enuf money to pay a nude model, reduced to painting pictures of food they wish they had, and I wept such copious tears, that I didnt even have to flush the toilet, after sending that wee spring lamb, down it! Anyone think I will ever make a writer?? Will try the recipe however.Cheers, Doug in BC
