Many thanks to the person who recently posted the chiltepin sauce recipe (the one who grew up in Tucson)! I made it and it is AMAZING! And now, since I harvested all the chiles (Anaheim, jalapeno, habanero, poinsettia, and chiltepin) and have a whole bunch of chiltepins, I know just what to do with them!

Thanks also to RisaG, for posting another chiltepin based sauce. I plan on making it this weekend.

Anybody planning their next year's garden yet?
