[CH] Whit Fly Control

I have a big problem with White Flies. So far, I have tried Tangle Foot on 
yellow plastic strips and a healthy spraying of garlic, habanero, and dish 
soap. Neither seemed to work. I'm now ready to pull out the big guns and 
spray with some Malathion that I have in the garage. The problem is that I've 
lost the directions for its use. I was hoping that someone could tell me the 
proper mixing ratio for pepper application.
