[CH] cap formula

There appear to be different kinds of capsaicinoids. For example, the
capsaicinoids of pubescens are supposed to be unique according to the
"Pepper Garden." Does anyone know the chemical shorthand (h2o=water) for any
capsaicin? If not does anyone know where it could be found?
