Hey all, Well the garden has slowed down enough to make me think of uses for green tomatoes. I was thinking about coring and stuffing some type of pepper into a green cherry tomato and them pickling it all in a dill/garlic/pepper brine. I have a few vodka lovers in my life and I thought a bottle of these babies would be a nice stocking stuffer. My question - any input as to what type pepper would be tasty? I don't think a hab is the flavor I am looking for. I was thinking of maybe tepins, jalapenos, or maybe a slice of peter. ideas? Suz
