Good frosty morning I know this topic went around awhile back, but if I saved the information... cyberlost again. I have a plethora of un-destined Serranos and would like to pickle some -- if I can do it without them being goodgy (local term for soft and unappetizing like those I've gotten in the store). If anyone has a good keeps-em-crisp recipe, I'd be most appreciative. I would like them whole, but can do slices, halves, etc, if that helps. TIA, BTW, pepper handling followed by tooth flossing can create an interesting effect. JC the Other. Happiness is a Warm Pepper!
