I've been completely distrustful of King Arthur Flour ever since I ordered
their (expensive, of course) Black Walnuts a few years ago and received
instead regular ordinary English Walnuts (Gone Extremely Rancid).  When I
complained, they offered not even the slightest excuse for shipping
something completely different than labelled.  They did promptly refund my
money, but still the incident caused me to lose all faith anything they
might sell would truly be what they claimed.
