 Which dehydrators are good and
 efficient and what one don't work???
 

I've used an American Harvest with extra stacking trays for years. 
I have sometimes wished I had more control of airflow and 
temperature  but the thing keeps on working so I haven't needed to 
buy a more expensive one.  When the thing finally dies I will 
definately buy an Excalibur.  As much as I use a dehydrator I can 
justify the expense.
