I just recieved a book from the Tabasco people and have adapted some of
their recipes.  I ordered the little book from the following address.

Jalapeno Sauce
Recipe Offer
230 Watline Ave.

Peppered Pecans

3       tablespoons of butter or margarine
3       cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2   teasponns of Pepper Sauce ( what ever type you like)
1/2     teaspoon salt
3       cups pecan halves

Preheat oven to 250 F

In small skellet melt butter.  Add garlic, Hot sauce and salt.

Cook 1 minute

Toss pecans with butter mixture, spread in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp.  Stir occasionally.

I use " Dabomb" sauce and it worked out well.  Heat it up to your own 
taste.  I used quite a bit more than the suggested amount of sauce and 
garlic.  Enjoy ...
