ChileHeads, I hate to do it, but in a couple of days I'm going to have to leave the list for a few weeks. I'm relocating to California to start a new job in November, and the movers will be packing up my computer in a couple of days. I'll miss hearing from everyone on the list(especially my fellow Neurotics), and I'll be back as soon as I get settled in my new home. For some strange reason my new employer can't wait for me to finish harvesting my habs before I abandon my garden. It was a tough decision. I need the job, but my Caribbean Reds are still loaded with beautiful pods. Oh, the sacrifices one must make! I've smoked, dried, and ground enough habs and datils to last me and a few friends until I can establish a California garden. Now I'm finding new homes for my orphaned potted chile plants. I'll be working at Naval Air Station, Lemoore. Are there any CHs residing near there? I'm sure gardening there will be different than in steamy South Georgia, so any tips will be greatly appreciated. I recently retired from a career as a Navy Diver, which included numerous aircraft salvage operations. Now I'm going to be a water survival instructor for Naval Aviators. The fun just never stops. I'll keep checking the list until they box up my computer. Keep it hot, Ken "Fly Navy...Divers need the work."
