Well, I'd just like to thank Art for the opportunity to score some of those Red Savinas (10#'s). We made a mango sauce today that just shouts with flavor (and fire), I'm drying about half of them in my new Excalibur 2900 (seems to work great...or at least better than the round unit I borrowed/used a couple of years ago...looks pretty cool, too), I also froze some in freezer bags for use later this winter.
