cayennes (was Re: [CH] Quick brown chile )

....I was thinking the same as Brent and was going to post.  I have to say
the same thing, I love cayennes and have grown them almost every year that
I have had a garden.  The past 2 years my long red cayennes have had very
respectable heat and I love the flavor--one of the most flavorful chiles
IMHO.  When they are red they have a sort of sweet flavor and hot.  And
they dry so nicely on their own you don't have to do anything to them.  I
usually string them into ristras and they look great!
