Can anyone give me a quick 'n dirty recipe for adobo sauce? I just smoked a load of ripe homegrown jalapenos and I'd love to can these babies. My smoked chocolate habs will be dried and ground into flakes (mmm...flakes). Also, as my late pepper harvest ripens (or rots) in paper bags, I'd like to pickle some chiles.
