They sell a bunch of them at a place in Albuquerque. I'll get you the information, but if you don't hear from me please remind me. I was there for the first time this weekend. They specialize in Chile and I hoped to find more chile and less faddish hot sauces. I was disappointed, but they do have a bunch of neckties, aprons, that sort of thing. I did buy a mole sauce from them called Holy Mole. I covered some steak sandwich patties with it in a baking pan, threw in some syrup, olive oil and seasoned salt and baked it for an hour, then made sandwiches out of it. My son thought it was really good (he went back for seconds and thirds) but it wasn't the least bit hot.
