Dear Chef Paul,
I am a devotee of all your recipe books, my appreciative reviews 
(ABDissert@aol.com) of Seasoned America and Fiery Foods are on the Amazon.com 
pages.  But this tweak of customer service posted today (Oct 28) on the 
Chile-Head list suggests a disturbing error in "we say what we do and do what 
we say."  Please restore my faith by making good on the offer to Karen Stober.

 My check went out August 7.  It was cashed on September 1.   As of October
 13, nothing came so I sent a letter of inquiry.  
 
 Did anybody send away for this and get it?  I got their phone number off the
 website and shall give them a call when I get home from work.  Hopefully I
 wont have to file a complaint with their local Better Business Bureau.
