         Okay, newbie question. :)  What exactly is Hunan Lip?  I assume it 
has to do with the layer of capsicum oil that develops while 
eating/handling chiles, and the heat involved.  {Oh, my poor, poor 
heat-avoiding Englishman...}  Where did it get its name?  *How* did it get 
its name? :)  I know, this is probably a pretty stock question.  I'll try 
to be more original in the future. :)
