A local supermarket has recently completed remodelling.  While perusing the
deli section I came across (drumroll please!) a section of Sonoma Jack
Cheeses, including (Cymbal Crash!) Habanero Jack!   Finally!

Very good fruity hab flavor, but not as much heat as I was expecting.
Wonder how it will do in a combo with Jeff Porter's Peach Hab jelly on a
bagel?
