[CH] What is a collector ?

Lately some people have refered to me as a hot sauce collector.
I dont't feel like this is correct because I dont save my hot sauces : I
eat them
If I did save them I probably would have about 60 or 70 varities by now
but my refridgerator contains only about 16 at the present and between
myself ,my 2 sons and  a few friends I go thru about 1 bottle every 2
weeks

one of the things I like to do with them is after church a few guys and I
out to a fast food taco place ( not toxic hell ) and I bring a box of all
the hot sauces i have and some other people bring some too. We call
ourselves the afterburners and have a lot of fun doing this . 

One of the things I would like to ask about is sources to buy some
unusual new hot sauces . Most of the Hot shops,Mexican food stores,Health
food stores,Import stores,and Gourmet stores have all the same old things
