[CH] Potted plant feeding

Recently I came across an Organic plant food with printed rating
of 5-10-3, Brand name is Electra from Universal Chemical Co., West Lynn,
MA.
Avaibale in the Northeast at Agway stores. (Distibution ??)

Since most folks recomend a higher phosphorous rating for peppers.
I think this might be a little better than fish emulsion. P rated for all
that I have seen, of 1.
