Coyote adobe sauce 1 cup - crushed New Mexico red chiles (pick your variety I prefer Sandia) 4 table spoons of garlic 3 tablespoons crushed mexican oregano 2 tablespoons cumin salt - dash to 1 teaspoon (I use a dash) 1/8 cup lime juice 3 1/2 cups water Blend ingredients thoroughly in a blender until smooth.
