I realize this is off-topic but I had a recipe from a small booklet put out by James Beard for the original 40-clove garlic chicken. Lost it in house fire. Please e-mail me if anyone has the original recipe. I'm on the digest & would really appreciate this soon since that's what I was planning for our Thanksgiving dinner this afternooe with my SO. I do add a little hab powder to it just to keep it spicy but the original recipe was great back when. Thanks - Sherryl.
