The in- laws laved it. It made the best turkey sandwiches and I have been eating the cranberry compote for 3 days. I usually do smoked birds in th summer when I can keep the temps a little higher. It was tough enough keeping the oil at 375 when cooking the bird. The raspberry cordial sounds good!
