Hello all, Just wanted to put in a quick plug for Mike Bowers' Cranberry-Chipotle Compote, which I made for Thanksgiving dinner- it's smashing! Lovely smoky heat and a nice tartness from the fresh cranberries. Still have a fair amount of it left (there were only two of us for dinner) but I've been eating it instead of jam on homemade biscuits and it's going down very nicely. Jonathan
