The KC STAR reports a story about a case where 2 metro area high school students have been suspended for 10 days for spraying pepper spray in the school hallway. Investigators found a key chain-sized pepper spray canister in a hall trash can. About a dozen people were sent to the hospital, although some students were unaffected and couldn't understand why others were coughing and crying. The school is trying to decide if they should increase the punishment to a one year suspension. They have been charged in the Juvenile Division of the Johnson County District Court with: battery, disorderly conduct and criminal use of weapons. Scott... KCK
