If you are stocking up for y2k, a part of that is chille's, I think you
best add a lot more water. esp if you are prone to chilly willys.
It takes about 1 1/2 gals to flush. Stock water in 55 gal drums

OR

Get/make a chic sale/one holer/ or rent a Johnny-on-the-spot.
Advantage of these of course   
No water needed
Never plugs up
Never freezes up
The handle never breaks
and
No one reads in there.
