Well to give credit where credit is due, that web page is really Rob
Lusk's http://www.PepperFool.com and he has all(or most) of my recipes
there with my permission, freely available to all and sundry( is that a
tomato?) And I would certainly concur that Graeme's page is worthy of
any and all awards, rewards, and whatever, as both of these Chile Heads
have done wonderful jobs of creating a page that extolls the virtue of
that wonderful fruit, the Chile Pepper....but look at Graeme's lightning
