If you get ground venison an easy/cheezy way to go is to brown the meat (use a little oil, cook to *just* browned to keep it from getting dry/chewy), add to a brick of Velveeta and a can of Rotel in a crock pot. Add extra diced chile of choice to achieve desired heat level. If it gets too thick just thin it out with a splash of milk/cream. Scott... KCK
