Greetings, Chileheads!  Everybody have a wonderful year-end holiday season
and a safe Y2K.  Thanks to all for your contributions.  I am sure that I
speak for all the digest subscribers in saying that even though we don't
comment often, we sure enjoy receiving the daily digest, because one never
