We usually like to have crab cakes during the holiday season. So, for a nice sauce/relish, I tried making the cranberry-jalapeno relish/sauce that was posted here (last week?). For a substitution, I used ground habs and chopped green bell peppers in addition to adding a bit of raspberry vinegar and a touch of white wine. Extremely hot, extremely good. Next Thanksgiving, I know what kind of cranberry sauce we'll be having with *our* meal! Thanks to whoever posted the recipe. Debra widera@unr.edu
