G'day Fellow CH's I have noticed something interesting with a experiment I am undertaking with some yellow cayenne I am growing amongst others. Awhile back I remember a thread about crowding pepper plants actually encourages more vigorous growth and better fruit set. Well I have 1. One plant in 12" pot growing nicely first flowers at 13" high 2. Three plants in 12" pot, growing very strong and first fruit set on several plants at around 15" 3. Five plants in 12" pot going gang busters with all plants with fruit set and some verging on ripening with crap loads of flowers coming on at 17" high. I have never noticed this in the ground but these potted ones are doing amazingly well. Any other similar experiences? Later Mark E. in Melbourne
