My request was stimulated by an oversupply of NM green chile in the freezer (husband and I were feeling butch, bought 25# of extra-hot, were brought to our knees, and ordered a chaser of 25# of extra mild--and I know, as far as inconveniences go, this isn't really); I'm going to have fun trying these out.
