Mikey, Yes they'll work but with a little less light spectrum than one of each. Also, you need to have the fixture (or the plants) on something adjustable so that the bulbs can be down near the soil and then just barely above the leaves once seedlings start. Lord Byron has all of that part down to a science, and he transplants his Chiles into the granite of New Hampshire in June (and they grow!). Next time, or if you expand your operation this year, invest in a warm - you'll be glad you did.
