Sisters & Brothers-
  Just a little thinking outloud here- If the above is true, how about
giving a few peppers a twirl in the blender with some water and spraying it
on the plants ???  I realize we are dealing with cats here, the 2nd most
perplexing creature on the planet ( we marry the 1st one...<g>), and it
might work- or not-, but might be worth a try.
