Two things of interest in the Jan 2000 issue:

1)  The American Dairy Assoc. had a contest for recipes
with cheese, the grand prize winner (prize not mentioned)
was for stuffed potato skins using chipotles.  Behold, the
power of Chiles.

2)  An advert for the herbicide "Backdraft <tm>".  Copyright
date 2000 by American Cyanamid Company.
