Sorry I missed Jeffrey Rose's original post. I keep a list of recommended 
Seattle Hot Spots which I can e-mail anyone privately (fortunately, it keeps 
growing!) I've updated it with Shamus' additions!

If you get to the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle, try CP Thai and Sumsay 
American BBQ. Sumsay is truly "all-American": Texas-style slow BBQ (local and 
national award-winning) accompanied by sauces with an Asian flair (the owner 
is Japanese). Weekday lunch takeout only. Hot sauces available at the counter.
