Gareth: I'd definitely not see Stella Natura or Maria Thun's work as witchcraft. Farmers have been planting by the cycles of the moon since agriculture began. And there's enough scientific evidence to support increased germination rates during certain monthly cycles to not dismiss this as "witchcraft". As following the cycles of the moon works, why not also consider following the cycles of the planets? I haven't tried that yet, but will this year. I can believe the proximity of the planets must have some effect on life - both human and plant-life. Why wouldn't they? The moons affect the tides - again, scientifically proven. Robert.
