egads,
   the "La Pagina De La Salsa Mole : What is Mole?" pages
(formerly of www.slip.net/~bobnemo/whatmole.html) seem to be gone.
these pages featured tons of good mole recipes/info & since they were
recommended by another CH (sorry, i've forgotten who; but thanks)
i thought i'd point out the site again.
   if anyone figures out the new address ... please let us know.
meanwhile, there are 7 mole recipes at this archive ...
