Mmmm, Byron, I highly reccomend you check out California Harvest's chipotle 
lime mustard with roasted garlic.  Its marketed by Grapevine trading co. 59 
Maxwell Court Santa Rosa Ca 95401.  I found this in Grapevine, TX and its 
fantastic!  Good heat with a lime and garlic twist.  as always, no 
affiliation, just a dumb tourist who found a great product.
