Thanks Mike, Here is one of my fave recipes for wings, perfect for next year when the Titans go back to the Superbowl and kick butt :o) Bake on something like cookie racks on top of a sheet to catch drippings. Heat oven to 375. It helps to warm the Honey and BBQ sauce in hot water first. The amount of sauce below will produce about 75 wings if you do it sparingly but I recommend 50. The chunky style BBQ sauces will work but make for a bigger mess and the chunks rarely stick to the wings. Just say no to chunky. Mix in a blender one cup honey, two cups KC Master- piece BBQ sauce, 1 clove garlic, 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 2 tbsp. Cayenne, 4 fresh Habaneros, 2 fresh Jalapenos. Blend till smooth and no large chunks remain, the sauce sticks better this way. Put wings in a large mixing bowl and pour enough sauce on to marinade the wings for 40 to 50 minutes in the refrigerator. Remove wings from fridge and place on the cookie racks about 1/2 inch apart. Bake wings according to package directions. Which is usually about 20 to 30 minutes for this many wings at one time. In some ovens this could take a bit longer. Use remaining sauce periodically to keep the wings moist and sticky (Yummy!) A variation on this sauce is to use a tart style BBQ sauce, like Kraft's and add 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes to the blended mix. You can even use Campbell's Tomato soup instead of BBQ sauce. Once you get the hang of this you'll start making all sorts of sauces for all kinds of meats. Baby back ribs will take on a whole new dimension.
