I use a recipe similar to this but instead of bells (which I have no problem 
with in certain recipes) I use Anaheims or Serranos depending on the mood, 
Habs are great too! Makes great spaghetti sauce. Also I love to mince up any 
good pepper laying around and drop it into some butter with minced garlic and 
a dash of oregano to brush on french bread to go with the spaghetti!
