make your chili without chili powder (or powdered chile)...towards the
end add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne...warn that for a "less spicy" chili, cut
the cayenne to 1/8 teaspoon...serve it up to the staff with a one-inch
slice of "good homemade whole-wheat bread" to accompany...

get a copyright on the tape...quit the day job and live off the showings
on "the world's funniest"...
