You've got the right basic spices, but mixture of chili/chile powders and balance are very important. Onion powder, garlic powder, adn a little Mexican oregano will round it out. If you're looking for a good commercial mix without salt, try Big Bruce's Gunpowder Chili. This is basically the same blend he used to win the Texas Men's Championship in '94 and the mix was a winner at the Fiery Food Show a couple of times.
