[gardeners] new veggie coming

I heard on tellie the other day that there's a new tastier, more tender
veggie coming our way. It's a cross between broccoli and gailon, the
Chinese Kale or broccoli. Expected price is $3 per pound. But beat the
rush, folks. Stokes seed co. developed such a cross in 1982. Called
Paragon broccoli, a packet of about 1,000 seeds is $2.35. I'm awaiting the
opportunity to grow (drum roll)...Black Brandywine! Margaret
